Her job duties have included determining store policies & procedures, training of Managers, establishing pricing strategies, and refining merchandise presentation. Ms. Harris has also developed & identified store expansion plans, managed property and lease acquisitions, and overseen contract negotiations. Sales have increased due to Ms. Harris’ creation and fostering of an entrepreneurial environment within the retail store operations team. Ms. Harris has director on the Board of Airport Concessions and advises them on business operations. Ms. Harris ensures that relations with airports, vendors and personnel are positive.

General Manager/Accounting Clerk (1999-2009) Through Ms. Harris’ leadership, the dance company, WRH ‘Between Lines’, has emerged as one of the most original and innovative voices in Southern California. “Between Lines” has garnered nominations for Choreography awards. She is dedicated to the continuous creative development of leadership along with the Arts in America. Ms. Harris teaches workshops in the public school system from middle school through college levels. Ms. Harris continues to create art and understands the importance of art and outreach to assist in the development and growth of the local community at large.

Accounting Clerk (1990-1995) Complete accounts payable and receivable duties for a construction firm. Ms. Harris’ duties included accounts payable, matching invoices to purchase orders, processing the invoices, entering the information in the accounting system, and processing the checks. Her duties also included payroll; Ms. Harris verified work hours, tracked vacation and sick time, and confirmed all deductions to include taxes and 401K.
